How it works in depth
Where every creator fee goes, step by step
Written from the router program source (programs/tenure-router), Pump’s published fee instructions and this page’s own launch code. Amounts on chain are lamports: 1 SOL is 1,000,000,000 lamports.
- Fees go to

- Bonding curveholds the fee until it is swept
- Router’s Pump creator vaultreceives the sweep
- Routercollects it and records the total

The three steps
- 1 · Create the coinOne transaction signed by your wallet and the new mint key: a memo committing to your exact route (owner, mint, fee wallet, number and every recipient and share), then Pump’s create_v2 with the router address as creator. No tokens are bought. The page saves a public plan in this browser; export it.
- 2 · The second approval. It creates the router account with your recipients and shares and locks in the VEYDUCT fee rate in force at that moment. the routerA second approval from the same wallet creates the router account with those recipients and shares and copies the VEYDUCT fee rate in force at that moment. The page checks the activated router matches the saved plan exactly.
- 3 · Collect and payOn Fee routes: Collect runs Pump’s sweep and then the router’s collect in one transaction (a graduated coin adds a PumpSwap sweep and a transfer to Pump first). Pay sends one destination what it has earned. A An optional second wallet you allow to collect and pay for you, until a slot you choose. It can never change recipients or send money anywhere else. you allow can do both for you.
Accounts involved
Every address is derived from fixed seeds (a Program-derived address: computed from fixed words and keys, so the page and the program always find the same account and nobody can swap in a look-alike.), so the page and the program find the same accounts and nobody can swap in a look-alike.

Who can do what
- ActionWho signsRules the program enforces
- Create the coinYou and the new mint keyPump records the router address as creator. The memo commits to the route; a changed route no longer matches.
- ActivateThe wallet that launchedThe router address includes that wallet, so no other wallet can create it. 2 to 6 distinct recipients, shares total exactly 100%, fee wallet fixed.
- CollectOwner, or a keeper allowed to collectOnly from this coin’s curve and this router’s creator vault. Refused if nothing arrives.
- PayOwner, or a keeper allowed to payOnly to the address written into the router for that destination, and only what it has earned and not yet received.
- Allow or revoke a keeperThe owner onlyOne keeper, with collect, pay and recognise-deposit permissions, until a future slot. It cannot be the owner or the router.
- Change recipients, shares or rateNobodyNo instruction edits them, closes the router or withdraws to any other address.
Sweeping Pump fees is open to anyone, but a sweep can only move them into the router’s own creator vault. Only the router’s collect moves them on, and only to the router.
Payout math, with a worked example
The router keeps one running total of everything it has collected. Every payout is worked out from that total, so collecting often or rarely gives everyone the same result.
- VEYDUCT fee
fee = total × rate ÷ 10,000Rate in Hundredths of a percent: 100 basis points is 1%, and 10,000 is 100%.: 100 is 1%. Locked in when the router is activated. - Each recipient
earned = (total − fee) × share ÷ 10,000Divisions round down. What rounding leaves stays in the router and is never paid out. - A payout
paid now = earned − already paidRefused when that is zero.
Example: Example Coin, You 50% · Team 30% · Community 20%
- Traders move 20 SOL.
creator fee 20 × 0.30% = 0.06 SOLIt waits on the curve. Pump’s 0.95% protocol fee goes to Pump. - You collect 0.06 SOL.
fee 0.0006 · net 0.0594You earn 0.0297, Team 0.01782, Community 0.01188. You, Team and VEYDUCT are paid. - Traders move 7.77 SOL more; you collect 0.02331.
total 0.08331 · fee 0.0008331 · net 0.0824769Earned so far: You 0.04123845, Team 0.02474307, Community 0.01649538. - Pay everyone.You get 0.01153845, Team 0.00692307, Community its whole 0.01649538, VEYDUCT 0.0002331.
Rounding: with shares of 33.33%, 33.33% and 33.34% and 1,000,001 lamports collected, the fee is 10,000 lamports, the recipients earn 329,967, 329,967 and 330,066, and 1 lamport stays in the router. The practice run uses the same arithmetic as the program, so you will see these numbers there.
Costs
- Create the coinRent for the mint (318 bytes plus your name, ticker and metadata link), the bonding curve and its token account, plus two signatures. The review shows the exact amount from a mainnet simulation.
- ≈ 0.0061 SOL
- Activate the routerRent for the 504-byte router account at mainnet rent, plus the network fee.
- 0.00321556 SOL
- First collectionPump’s first sweep tops the router’s creator vault up to its rent minimum; the collecting wallet pays it once.
- 0.00065024 SOL
- Each collection or payoutOne signature.
- 0.000005 SOL
- VEYDUCT feeOf everything the router collects, paid to the fixed VEYDUCT fee wallet. No VEYDUCT launch fee on this kind of launch.
- 1% · max 2%
Rent stays in the accounts for good: the router program has no instruction that closes a router. Pump’s own trading fees (creator 0.30%, protocol 0.95% when this release was built) are paid by traders, not by you.
Edge cases and what can go wrong
Router not activated yet
Creator fees still belong to the router address and keep waiting on the curve or in its creator vault. Nothing is lost; activate from the same wallet to collect them.
Lost launch plan
Activation needs the exact recipients, shares and number. Export the A JSON file describing your launch: owner, coin, recipients, shares and number. It holds no private key. You need it to activate from another device. after creating; it holds no private key. Import it here on another device.
Wrong wallet
Only the launching wallet can activate, collect or pay without a keeper. Another wallet’s attempt is refused before any money moves.
Nothing to collect or pay
The program refuses a collection that moves nothing and a payout of zero. The review simulates first, so you see this before signing.
SOL sent straight to the router
Not counted until the owner (or an allowed keeper) recognises it, and then labelled as an outside deposit, separate from Pump fees.
Unclear launch result
If the network does not confirm in time, the saved launch stays locked; checking it never resubmits. Check your wallet activity first.

FAQ
Can I change the recipients later?
No. Recipients and shares are written into the router when you activate it and no instruction edits them. To change the split you would need a new coin.
Link to this answerCan VEYDUCT raise its fee on my router?
No. The router copies the rate when it is activated and keeps it for life. Changes to the fee settings only reach routers activated later, and never above 2%.
Link to this answerDo I pay a VEYDUCT launch fee?
No. A standard Pump launch carries a 0.02 SOL VEYDUCT fee; a fee-routed launch does not. VEYDUCT earns its 1% of the routed fees instead.
Link to this answerCan I include myself as a recipient?
Yes. Your wallet can be one of the 2 to 6 recipients, like “You” in the practice run.
Link to this answerWhat happens when the coin graduates to PumpSwap?
Creator fees from pool trades are collected too: the collection adds a PumpSwap sweep and a transfer into the router’s Pump creator vault before the usual steps.
Link to this answerCan a keeper run off with the fees?
No. A keeper can only collect into the router and pay the fixed addresses, within the permissions and expiry you set. You can revoke it at any time.
Link to this answerCan I route an existing Pump coin?
No. The creator is fixed when a coin is created. For an existing coin, use Share fees.

- A real Pump create_v2 that records the router as the coin’s creator, with the signed route commitment, then the owner activating the router.
- Real trades accruing creator fees on the curve, swept and collected into the router, and after graduation through PumpSwap, then every fixed destination paid exactly 1% and the chosen shares.
- Other wallets, out-of-scope or revoked keepers, wrong curves and changed routes refused before any money moves.
