Plan your launch

Plan a Pump launch in four steps

Your answers are saved on this device as you go. At the end we hand you to Launch on Pump with everything filled in, or save a plan file for a tool that is still pre-launch. Nothing is signed here.

Step 1 of 4

What should your token do?

Launch now creates a Pump token. The other eight choices save a project plan; each links to its tool’s Try it tab, and their wallet actions open later.

Launch now

Plan for later · saves a setup file on this device; nothing happens on chain

Token method

Want creator fees split automatically from day one? Launch with fixed fee routing (pre-launch).

Step 1 of 4 · Next: choose what your token does

Choose a route

Where are you with your coin?

Pick the route that fits. Every tool has a Try it tab: a simulated wallet with the tool’s real math and fees, where nothing is signed or sent.

I want to launch a coinHow should it start trading?

  1. Trade from the first second

    Live on mainnet

    Launch on Pump

Your coin starts on its own Pump A price curve run by Pump: each buy raises the price a little and each sell lowers it. No pool or liquidity is needed to start trading. and anyone can buy at once. You are the creator and earn 0.30% of every curve trade. Most creators start here.

    Costs
about 0.026 SOL once: a 0.02 SOL VEYDUCT fee, about 0.006 SOL rent and a 0.00001 SOL network fee. It buys nothing for you.

  2. Fees split from day one

    Pre-launch

    Fee-routed launch

A Pump coin whose creator fees go to 2 to 6 fixed wallets, permanently. Nobody can change the split later, including you.

    Costs
No launch fee. 1% of routed fees (never above 2%) and about 0.0093 SOL rent and network fees over two approvals.

Try a routed launch Open Fee-routed launch

  3. Raise SOL at one fair price first

    Pre-launch

    Fair launch auction

Bidders deposit SOL for a fixed window and all pay one clearing price. The raise opens a PumpSwap pool with its LP locked, or every deposit is refunded.

    Costs
1% of a successful raise (never above 2%) and about 0.0066 SOL rent to create. Nothing if it falls short.
    Good to know
It mints a classic fixed-supply coin, not a Pump coin: no curve and no Pump creator fee.

The launch, step by step

What each step decides, and where to try it first

Every tool has a Try it tab: a simulated wallet, the tool’s real math and fees, nothing signed or sent. Try a step there before you spend SOL.

  1. Choose what your token doesOn this page

Launch now creates a Pump coin with your wallet as creator; fee tools are added after launch. Each plan saves a setup file for a tool that routes your creator fees (buybacks, holder payouts, giveaways, liquidity, Funding Bands, a shared treasury) or for the fair launch auction.

FAQ

Common questions before a launch

Do I need a wallet to use this guide?

No. The guide and every Try it tab work without one. You connect a wallet only on Launch on Pump (or another tool), when you are ready to approve a real transaction. #

What does launching a coin cost?

About 0.026 SOL on Launch on Pump: a 0.02 SOL VEYDUCT fee, about 0.006 SOL account rent and a 0.00001 SOL network fee. The exact amounts come from a mainnet simulation and are shown before your wallet opens. #

Does the launch buy tokens for me?

No. Creation includes no first buy. If you want to hold your own coin, buy it on Pump as a separate trade after launch. #

Can I change the name, ticker or image later?

No. They are written into the coin at launch. Check them on step 4 of this guide, or try them first on the Try it tab of Launch on Pump. #

How do I earn from my coin?

Pump pays the creator wallet 0.30% of every trade on the curve, and PumpSwap pays a creator fee after graduation. Claim it any time on Collect fees, or split it with Share fees. #

Can I split creator fees after launch?

Yes. Share fees splits a live Pump coin’s fees between 1 to 10 fixed wallets. Fee-routed launch sets a split at creation instead and is pre-launch. #

Should I use the fair launch auction instead of Pump?

Use it if you want to raise SOL at one price before trading starts. It mints a classic coin that opens straight into a PumpSwap pool, with no curve and no Pump creator fee. It is pre-launch: wallet approval opens when its program goes live. #

What is a “plan for later”?

Choosing a fee tool on step 1 saves a setup file on this device. It creates nothing on chain and moves no funds. Set up each part with its own tool when that tool opens. #

Is Try it real?

It uses each tool’s real math, fees and rules on a simulated wallet. Nothing is signed or sent, and no real address is involved. #
