Funding Bands

Lock part of your coin in Price per token × total supply, in USD. A Pump coin has 1 billion tokens, so a $90,000 market cap means $0.00009 per token. bands and sell it only while the price is inside each band, with every sale’s SOL going to a recipient you fix.

  • VEYDUCT fee0.5% per sale
  • Sells onPumpSwap, in each band
  • Bands1 to 10, locked to expiry
  • Plannerfree, signs nothing
Worked example: 30,000,000 DEMO in three bands. As buyers lift the market cap from $75k, each band can sell only while the price is inside it.

Practice run

The practice run loads with the page. It needs JavaScript; nothing is signed or sent.

Plan your bands

Set your ranges and see the exact inventory split; planning signs nothing. “Run the bands on chain” locks it in an escrow once you review and approve it in your wallet.

Planner works today · nothing is signed
1Step 1 of 4Your token

A public mainnet read fills in the supply and decimals. It does not verify graduation or ownership.

0–18

Filled by Read supply. A Pump coin has 1,000,000,000 tokens (6 decimals), which is 1000000000000000 here.

Example: 30,000,000 tokens = 3% of a Pump coin. Why: exactly this many tokens leave your wallet into the escrow.

Example: $70,000. Your planning number: every range must start above it. VEYDUCT does not check it against the token’s real graduation.

2Step 2 of 4Market-cap ranges1/10

Example: $90,000 to $120,000 with a 40% share. Each One market-cap range with its own share of the reserved tokens. Its tokens can sell only while the price is inside it. is a range in USD market cap with its share of the reserved tokens. Shares add up to 100% and ranges can’t overlap; tiny rounding leftovers are spread across the ranges for you.

Whoever you pick here is fixed in the plan and can’t be swapped later. For a fee route, use an address you have already checked on Fee routes.

Fill in the plan

Before you run bands with your wallet
  1. Your coin’s address. “Read supply” then fills in its supply and decimals for you.
  2. The tokens you will reserve, in your creator wallet’s main token account. They move into the An account only the program controls. It holds the reserved tokens and the fixed terms; nobody can change them or take tokens out early. and stay locked until the expiry you choose.
  3. A SOL/USD price to plan with. It fixes each band’s SOL price when you create the escrow.
  4. About 0.0067 SOL for the escrow’s accounts (one-time rent, not refunded).
  5. A A Pump coin graduates when its bonding curve fills up. It then trades in a PumpSwap pool instead of on the curve. coin to sell. You can create the escrow before graduation, but sales open only on its PumpSwap pool.

Escrow settings and wallet

The creator escrows the reserved tokens with these fixed bands. After the token graduates, the creator or an operator sells capped slices into its PumpSwap pool.

Advanced: pacing, lifetime and operator

Solana’s clock tick, about 0.4 seconds. The program counts time in slots, so minutes and days are close, not exact. duration varies: 150 slots is about one minute, and 6,480,000 is about 30 days. The minimum SOL per sale is the band floor less the allowed movement, enforced by the program on the sale’s output before the VEYDUCT fee.

Creator wallet

No wallet connected

Every action is checked against mainnet before you sign. Nothing is signed until you approve in your wallet.

How sales work

  • A sale only goes through while the pool price is inside its band, and only if the price is still inside the band afterwards.
  • Each sale’s SOL goes straight out: the VEYDUCT fee (0.5% · max 1% · locked into the escrow when it is created) to VEYDUCT, all the rest to your fixed recipient.
  • The escrow holds no SOL and has no admin. Unsold tokens return to the creator only after expiry.

Each sale also creates the vault’s wrapped-SOL account (165 bytes) and closes it in the same transaction: the sale’s SOL is unwrapped and paid straight out. The fee rate comes from the program’s settings account (seed "veyduct-fee-config"): 0.5% while it does not exist, only VEYDUCT’s fee wallet can change it, never above 1%, and each escrow keeps the rate it was created with.

Who can do what

  • ActionWho signsRules the program enforces
  • Plan bandsAnyone, no walletThe planner signs nothing. It checks ordering, the floor and that shares add up to exactly 100%.
  • Create the escrowThe creator, holding the tokensThe exact inventory moves from your main token account into escrow. One to ten ordered bands, each with tokens; a cap above 0; an expiry in the future; at most 10% price movement. The coin is a Token-2022 coin with metadata only and no freeze authority, and the program must be immutable.
  • Sell from a bandThe creator, or the operator you nameOnly after the coin graduated, only on its canonical PumpSwap pool, at most the cap, spaced by the minimum slots, before expiry, while the pool price is inside the band, with at least the band-floor minimum, and only if the price is still at or above the band’s floor afterwards.
  • Reclaim unsold tokensThe creator onlyOnly after the expiry slot, only to the creator’s own token account, all at once. Afterwards nothing can be sold.
  • Change bands, recipient or operator, or withdraw earlyNobodyThe escrow has no admin and no instruction for any of these.

The operator can only sell band slices inside your rules. Every lamport of a sale goes to the VEYDUCT fee and your fixed recipient; the operator receives nothing.

Band math, with a worked example

SOL amounts on chain are The smallest unit of SOL. 1 SOL is 1,000,000,000 lamports.: 1 SOL is 1,000,000,000. A Pump coin has 6 decimals and a supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens.

You plan in USD market cap. The escrow stores each band as SOL price bounds: lamports per smallest token unit, × 10¹², fixed at the SOL/USD reference you enter.

  1. Inventory per bandband tokens = reserved × share ÷ 100%, rounded downLeftover units go one each to the bands with the largest remainders, so the bands add up to exactly what you reserved.
  2. USD to on-chain boundsbound = market cap ÷ SOL/USD ÷ supply × 10⁹ × 10¹²The lower bound rounds up and the upper bound rounds down, so no band gets wider.
  3. Inside the bandlower × pool tokens ≤ pool SOL × 10¹² < upper × pool tokensPool SOL is the pool’s effective quote: its SOL plus its virtual quote reserve, without fees waiting to be swept.
  4. Minimum SOL outminimum = tokens × lower ÷ 10¹² × (10,000 − movement) ÷ 10,000Checked on the sale’s SOL before the VEYDUCT fee.
  5. Payoutfee = proceeds × 50 ÷ 10,000 (rounded down); recipient = the rest

Example

Reserve 30,000,000 DEMO in three bands at a $150 SOL reference: $90,000–$120,000 (40%), $120,000–$180,000 (35%) and $180,000–$270,000 (25%). A practice pool holds 200,000,000 DEMO and 100 SOL: a $75,000 market cap.

  1. Bands12,000,000 · 10,500,000 · 7,500,000 DEMOBand 1 on chain: 600,000,000 to 800,000,000 ($90,000 ÷ $150 = 600 SOL, over 10¹⁵ units).
  2. Selling now is refused.$75,000 is below band 1, so its tokens wait.
  3. Buyers spend 25 SOL.The market cap rises to about $116,678: inside band 1.
  4. Sell 2,000,000 DEMO from band 1, 1% movement allowed.minimum = 2,000,000,000,000 × 600,000,000 ÷ 10¹² × 0.99 = 1.188 SOLThe pool returns 1.518113857 SOL after Pump’s 1.2% pool fee at this market cap. VEYDUCT fee: 0.007590569 SOL; you receive 1.510523288 SOL, plus the wrapped-SOL account’s rent back. The market cap falls to about $113,824, still inside band 1.

Run the same steps in the practice run: it uses the page’s own plan model and the SDK’s bound, minimum and fee functions, so you will see these numbers. The pool there is a practice pool with Pump’s fee tiers captured from mainnet; a real pool’s output can differ by rounding.

Timing and lockups

  • Locked until expiry. Unsold tokens come back only after the expiry slot, and only to the creator. There is no early withdrawal.
  • Spacing between sales. 150 slots by default, about a minute; the first sale needs no wait.
  • Lifetime. 6,480,000 slots by default, about 30 days. Slots run about 0.4 seconds each, so clock time can drift.
  • Nothing runs by itself. A sale happens only when you or your operator send one while the price is inside a band.
  • Bounds are fixed in SOL. If SOL/USD moves after you create the escrow, the USD market caps the bands stand for move with it.

Edge cases and what can go wrong

Price below a band

Its tokens wait. Sales from it are refused until buyers push the price into the band.

Price jumps past a band

A sale only goes through inside its own band. Sell from the band the price is in now; the passed band sells only if the price comes back.

A sale too big for the band

If it would push the price below the band’s floor, the program refuses it. Sell less, or wait for more buyers.

Not graduated yet

While the coin is on its Pump bonding curve there is no canonical pool, so nothing can sell. Creating the escrow is still allowed.

Tokens in another account

The page checks your main token account holds the full inventory before you sign. Coins with transfer fees or hooks are refused.

Expired

No more sales. Reclaim returns every unsold token to the creator in one step.

Words used here

Market cap
Price per token × total supply, in USD. A Pump coin has 1 billion tokens, so a $90,000 market cap means $0.00009 per token.
Band
One market-cap range with its own share of the reserved tokens. Its tokens can sell only while the price is inside it.
Escrow
An account only the program controls. It holds the reserved tokens and the fixed terms; nobody can change them or take tokens out early.
Graduation floor
Your planning number for the market cap at graduation. Every band must start above it; the program checks real graduation itself.
SOL/USD reference price
The SOL price you plan with. It converts your USD bands into fixed SOL price bounds when the escrow is created.
Price movement allowed
How much less SOL than the band floor a sale may return. At most 10%; the page offers 0.5%, 1% or 3%.
Operator
A wallet you may name to send sales for you. It can only sell inside your bands and receives nothing.
PumpSwap
Pump’s own exchange. A coin moves there from its bonding curve when it graduates, and gets one canonical SOL pool.
Graduation
A Pump coin graduates when its bonding curve fills up. It then trades in a PumpSwap pool instead of on the curve.
Smallest units
Tokens are stored as whole numbers of their smallest unit. With 6 decimals, 1 token is 1,000,000 units.
Slot
Solana’s clock tick, about 0.4 seconds. The program counts time in slots, so minutes and days are close, not exact.
Lamport
The smallest unit of SOL. 1 SOL is 1,000,000,000 lamports.
PDA
A program-derived address: an account address computed from fixed words and keys. Only the program can sign for it.

FAQ

My coin has not graduated yet. Can I start?

Yes. Planning works now, and creating the escrow is allowed before graduation. Sales open only once the coin has its PumpSwap pool.

What if the price jumps past a band?

A sale only goes through inside its own band. Sell from the band the price is in now; the band it jumped past sells only if the price comes back.

Can I take my tokens back early?

No. That is the point: holders can see the inventory is locked until the expiry you chose. After it, reclaim returns everything unsold.

Does it sell automatically?

No. You or the operator you name send each sale. The program only decides whether a sale is allowed.

Can the operator keep the SOL?

No. Every lamport of a sale goes to the VEYDUCT fee and your fixed recipient in the same transaction; the escrow never holds SOL.

Can I change the bands or the recipient?

No. Everything is fixed at creation. Use another escrow number to create a new escrow with different terms.

What does VEYDUCT charge?

0.5% of each sale’s SOL, never more than 1%, locked into your escrow when you create it. Nothing to plan, create or reclaim.

Why does the planner ask for a graduation floor?

It is your planning number: every band must start above it. VEYDUCT does not check it against the coin’s real graduation; the program checks graduation itself at every sale.

Can the program be changed after launch?

No. Creating an escrow is refused unless the program has no upgrade authority, and the page checks the exact program bytes before every wallet action.

Tested in this release

Test results are published with each release

Every release build runs the Funding Bands program’s exact pinned bytes and this page’s relay in an isolated Solana runtime (LiteSVM), with Pump, PumpSwap and the token programs captured read-only from mainnet and a coin graduated there for real. This copy of the site has no build results attached; Release status lists the latest release.

  • Escrow creation with the exact Token-2022 inventory; refused for an upgradeable program, bands out of order, a past expiry or too much slippage.
  • Sales inside a band by the operator and the creator, with exact inventory and proceeds, the VEYDUCT fee to the fee wallet to the lamport and the rest to the fixed recipient.
  • Sales outside the band, over the cap, too soon, with a weak minimum, by outsiders, before graduation or that would push the price below the band refused; unsold tokens back to the creator only after expiry.
