WEIGHT THAT STAYS PUT

Token-holder voting

Deposit tokens to vote yes or no. They stay in proposal custody until the deadline, then you withdraw your principal. The result informs your team; treasury owners approve spending separately.

Public program deployment pending. Local proposal drafts are available.

Your proposal

Proposal identity

A different nonce creates a different proposal. Draft decimals are user supplied; funding requires a verified on-chain mint.

No wallet prompt or RPC request occurs on page load.

The voting rules

The proposal, mint, quorum, content hash and deadline cannot change. One wallet can add weight only on its original side. No tokens leave custody before the deadline slot. A tie or missed quorum rejects the proposal.

This vote has no historical snapshot and does not prove the proposer created the token. A live mint authority can dilute supply. Inspect the mint before voting. Each proposal is independently funded; a wallet can use other tokens on another proposal.

Results never automatically execute treasury payments. Rent and unsolicited surplus stay in program accounts. The mint must have no freeze authority; Token-2022 and wrapped SOL are unsupported.

SHARED CREATOR DECISIONS

DAO decision board

Create a fixed-member board, publish creator proposals and collect wallet-signed votes with quorum. Records are stored and verified off chain. A vote does not move treasury funds or execute a blockchain transaction.
