The connected wallet is owner one and funds creation. Three distinct signer wallets are fixed permanently in the account. Program upgrades depend on the verified deployment authority.

Reviewed request
Exchange a cosign artifact
The first owner exports the request after signing. The second owner pastes it here and reviews it against the live treasury before adding a signature. Expired blockhashes require a new review and both signatures. Never paste a private key or seed phrase.
Deployment pending. No network request or wallet prompt is made on page load.
Recorded transaction
A signature is saved before broadcast. An uncertain response blocks another transaction until its status or blockhash expiry is resolved. Nothing is automatically retried.
Recover unreadable browser data
Check previous wallet activity and Explorer for prior treasury transactions before clearing a malformed local receipt. A valid unresolved receipt cannot be cleared here.
