Milestone funding
Donors fund an immutable SOL goal. At each cumulative threshold, a fixed beneficiary can claim their band. Creators cannot change beneficiaries or withdraw the campaign.
No donor refunds. Incomplete bands retain principal until later deposits unlock them. Direct transfers do not count toward thresholds. Rent and unsolicited surplus stay locked.

One to four rows. Increasing thresholds must cover cumulative allocations. The final threshold equals the sum of all allocations.
